If you want to lose weight without feeling hungry or deprived, this is the plan for you! Using the Glycaemic Index (GI) as a guide, this plan doesn't exclude food groups - it takes the best fats, carbs and proteins and offers you a plan that will help you banish cravings, lose weight and improve your health, all while eating satisfying foods.

Combination plans

A flexible solution to live life "on the go". An easy and quick option is provided for breakfast and lunch, and then a recipe based option for evening meal, that you can cook yourself.

Breakfast

Cereal with toast & fruit

  • 60g of wholegrain breakfast cereal.
  • 125ml of semi-skimmed milk.
  • 2 svgs of bread of choice.
  • 1 tsp of reduced fat margarine (40% fat).
  • 1 tsp of honey.
  • 1 serving of fruit.

Dinner

Prawn Pasta Salad*

Lunch

Turkey salad sandwich

  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread (around 35g each).
  • 1 level tbs of reduced fat mayonnaise.
  • 120g of wafer thin smoked turkey.
  • 1 serving of mixed salad leaves.
  • 100ml of low fat yoghurt.
  • 1 serving of fruit.

Snack

Rye crispbread with cream cheese & tomato

  • 2 rye crispbreads.
  • 1 ½ level tbs of low fat cream cheese.
  • 3 cherry tomatoes

Recipes:

Prawn Pasta Salad*

Ingredients:

  • 180g of prawns.
  • 1 vegetable of choice.
  • 2 level tbs of reduced fat mayonnaise.
  • 1 pinch of italian seasoning.
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder.
  • 120g of pasta (cooked).

Procedures:

1- Prepare pasta according to the package directions, omitting fat and salt (dry pasta increases in weight on cooking so use one third to a half of the weight shown).

2- Set aside and allow to cool. Steam vegetables.

3- Set aside and allow to cool

4- Combine prawns with pasta, mayonnaise, vegetables, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

5- Refrigerate before serving

We will provide you with a meal-by meal plan weekly plan that matches your initial dietary choices but each and every meal on that plan can be changed to meet your own preferences. If you select to change a meal, a list of other options will be given, showing both recipe and convenience options, and you are sure to find a meal you enjoy here!
