The Little Black Dress Diet is a 6 week, low calorie diet to help you slink into your fabulous party dress this festive season. Lower in calories but high in taste, it contains regular meals and snacks to help you lose weight and enjoy your favourite party tipple!

Convenience plans

If you are busy or prefer not to spend too much time cooking, this is the plan for you. It includes pre-packed sandwiches, some ready meals, and quick to prepare "on the go" snacks.

Breakfast

Cinnamon banana toast

  • 2 slices of wholegrain toast topped
  • 1 banana
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 apple

Dinner

Pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, rocket & nuts

  • Prepare the pasta following package directions, omitting any suggested fat or salt. Meantime, place the sundried tomatoes in a bowl and just cover with boiling water. Set aside to rehydrate for 10 minutes. After this time, chop into bite sized pieces.
  • Once the pasta is cooked and drained, stir in the low fat yoghurt, cherry tomatoes and chopped nuts.

Lunch

Muffin with turkey & cherry tomatoes

  • Spread 3 tsp of chutney or relish over a savoury (English-style) muffin topped with 2 slices of turkey and 6 cherry tomatoes. A 250ml glass of no sugar added orange juice.

Snack

Trail Mix

  • Mix 2 tsp chopped nuts, 2 tbs dried fruit.

We will provide you with a meal-by meal plan weekly plan that matches your initial dietary choices but each and every meal on that plan can be changed to meet your own preferences. If you select to change a meal, a list of other options will be given, showing both recipe and convenience options, and you are sure to find a meal you enjoy here!
