Since July 2004, Tesco Ireland has the exclusive licence for Tesco Diets under the URLs www.tescodiets.com and www.tescodiets.ie
Tesco Diets offers personlised healthy eating & weight loss diets. Amongst the diets we offer are Light Choices, low Gi, low Fat & Mediterranean and health specific diet plans, such as gluten free. We also offer the Tesco Diets low carb diet and hold an exclusive license in the UK for CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.
On registration a member creates a personal profile to determine which diet plan is best suited to their individual needs. All plans are flexible to cater for individual tastes and lifestyle requirements.
As part of our value pledge we work hard to ensure that our plans are as economical as possible, with cheaper alternatives and family friendly meals included on most plans. Tesco.com shoppers can also avail of our Click to Buy facility, where they can request for their Tesco Diets shopping list to be added to their online basket.
We at Tesco Diets understand that successful weight loss is not just about the diet plan, but the support and encouragement available. To ensure our members achieve the best, we have a vibrant and lively Community area, with over 45 support boards, regular online meetings with our nutrition and motivation staff. Our chat rooms are available at peak times of the day. Each member is assigned a Diet Mentor when they join, so that they know a friendly professional is there to help and listen to them. Our member support team reply to all weekly progress comments received, so that you get the personal advice and encourage needed to achieve their goals.
