These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tesco Diets website (Tesco Diets Site) and your relationship with Tesco Ireland Limited (Tesco, we or us). Our Support Groups have a bulletin board format that provides our visitors with the opportunity to interact with our online community of "eDieters." These areas are moderated by Tesco Diets technicians strictly to keep inappropriate messages from being posted. You are offered the opportunity to include your email address with your message but you are not obligated to do so. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - on message boards, through email, or in meeting rooms - your information can be collected by and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. We cannot control the actions of any 3rd parties. We will not sell email addresses from our bulletin boards.
