Heart disease is a major health problem in the UK & Ireland, and overweight and obesity are major contributing factors to this problem. If you lower the amount of unhealthy fats in your diet, you'll lower your risk… and your weight. What could be better? Plus, this diet follows healthy eating recommendations for fat, sodium and fibre.

Convenience plans

If you are busy or prefer not to spend too much time cooking, this is the plan for you. It includes pre-packed sandwiches, some ready meals, and quick to prepare "on the go" snacks.

Breakfast

Muesli with fruit & yoghurt

  • 60g of sugar-free muesli.
  • 100ml of semi-skimmed milk.
  • 1 serving of fruit.
  • 1 medium-sized banana.
  • 125ml of low fat yoghurt.

Lunch

Pitta with hummus and salad

  • 1 Tesco wholemeal pitta bread.
  • 60g of hummus.
  • 1 olive.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1 serving of mixed salad leaves.
  • 1 mandarin, satsuma or clementine.
  • 1 tub of Tesco HL light yoghurt (200g).
  • 30g of low fat cheddar cheese.

Dinner

Cannellini bean salad

  • 120g of roast chicken.
  • 3 new potatoes, boiled.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 2 tsp of olive oil.
  • 1 tbs of white wine vinegar.
  • ½ of fresh parsley, chopped.
  • 90g of cannellini beans, canned and drained.
  • 4 cherry tomatoes.
  • 3 black olives.

Our meal plans are extremely flexible and you can choose what you eat! We will provide you with a meal-by meal plan weekly that matches your initial dietary choices but each and every meal on that plan can be changed to meet your own preferences.

With our interactive plan, you can delete items, add other ingredients, swap meals and build and track meals out or your own recipes. If you are registered to our Recipe Club, you have a wider range of meals to choose from which you can also add to your weekly plan.
