Food Relationship Quiz

This survey is designed to help you reflect on your relationship with food. "Normal" eating is flexible. It varies in response to emotions, daily activities, hunger and proximity to food.

When you have completed the quiz you will be given a score to help you interpret your answers. Reviewing individual answers could help you to re-evaluate your relationship with food. By focusing on the specific questions you can help to shape your future relationship to food and take steps to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
