Tesco Diets – August Offer

By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Makeover and photoshoot

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except any affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of Tesco Ireland and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted.

2. You may enter this prize promotion by joining www.tescodiets.com between the following dates 29/07/2010 and 31/08/2010.

3. There will be one winner of the Tesco Diets makeover and photo shoot competition and this will consist of a one day makeover and photo shoot at a top London photography studio.

a. Travel to and from airports or places of departure is not included as part of the prize.
b. The prize includes lunch on the day
c. The day must be taken on a specific date supplied by the Tesco Diets team
d. The cost of any meals not included as part of the prize and all other personal expenses, spending money and any other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner

4. The prize draw closing date is the 31st August and any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. This prize is only available to those who are not on any other promotional offers for Tesco Diets membership

6. The winning entry will be selected by a draw in October 2010 and the winner will be notified by email. To contact you we will use the email address supplied by you when entering the prize draw.

7. If you are notified of a winning entry, you must confirm acceptance by return email to claim your prize. If you do not reply to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified as a winner, we may offer your prize to someone else.

8. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.

9. This prize is non-transferable and Tesco Diets reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, then Tesco Diets reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

10. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which Tesco Diets may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and Tesco Diets shall have the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.

11. The decision of Tesco Diets is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
