The daily meal plans are editable and because every meal and food item on your plan will have the protein, carb and fat content displayed you can easily see the impact of any changes you make, particularly useful for those who count their carbs. There are no restrictions in this plan, instead it gives you all the know-how to manage your blood glucose levels and stay in control.
