What is the Totals plan?
This plan allows you to have full control over your diet by choosing your own meals and tracking everything you eat in a food diary. Your food diary will calculate your daily Totals for you, based on the overall nutritional quality of the foods you eat; you can even earn extra Totals through exercise if you fancy a treat.

How will the Totals plan work for you?
