Fitness trainer: 'Dedication and desire are key to success'

Professional trainer Steve Halsall has advised that women who want to get a bottom as pert as Pippa Middleton should do squats and lunges and watch their diet.

Mr Halsall, who has worked as a professional trainer for 15 years, explained that women should workout using weights to get the best results.

He said: "Cleaning up the diet and being focused on a long-term gain with short-term goals will reap rewards ... [and] women should not fear working with heavier weights."

If a person is hoping to alter their shape they will need to put their body "under pressure or in a high intensity situation", he said.

He suggested that if a person has the right amount of "dedication and desire", they should be able to achieve anything.
