What were your reasons for wanting to lose weight?
I knew that if I wanted to go back to work following the birth of my second son, I would need to be fit in order to manage an extra busy schedule.
Was your weight causing you any problems?
I had no confidence and didn’t like the way I looked.
Has exercise played any part in helping you to lose weight?
Exercise played a massive role in my weight loss – I go running and love doing exercise dvds. I took part in a number of 10k races, including Race for Life.
I really enjoy buying clothes now and I have far more confidence.
What difference has losing weight made to you?
A huge difference – I really enjoy buying clothes now and I have far more confidence. I can run a lot further and I have more energy for looking after my children.
Was your diet restrictive?
The meal plans are so flexible and the shopping lists are great – the fact that you can edit them makes it so easy to use.
How do you view yourself now?
Thinner and happier.
Have you any other tips you would like to give?
I think Tesco Diets is absolutely brilliant and I have recommended it to lots of people – whoever designed it deserves a medal.
