Emily's back - and slimmer than ever!
Some of you may remember Emily, who we featured as a Success Story some time ago. Well since then, Emily has continued her success and is happy to report a further loss of just over 1 stone!
She now weighs in at 11st 8lbs, which is a long way from her starting weight of 14st 6lbs. Emily found it very easy to continue with her weight loss. “As I said before I was happy at the weight I was, but my eating and exercise habits have improved so much that the last stone just came off more or less of its own accord. I recently tried on a pair of size 12 jeans and they fit like a glove.” 
“Joining up in March was probably the best choice I've ever made, and my weight loss has been far beyond what I thought was possible.” Emily’s picture in her fabulous blue dress was taken recently before taking her boyfriend out for dinner. “I feel every bit as happy as I look!”
It’s double congratulations for this super success, because Emily recently got engaged to her boyfriend! “This has been such a great year for me. My total weight loss is now 2st 12lbs and I have never been happier!”
