Linda loses 3 stone 3 lbs
Although Linda tried numerous diets, she failed to find one that worked for her. She was unable to sustain the weight loss after she went back to normal eating habits. In the online diet plan, Linda finally found a diet that could be followed for life. She lost 3 stone 4 lbs, dropped 4 dress sizes and most importantly improved her health.

Have you previously tried any other diets?
Yes, almost all of them. Some were successful in the short term and some weren’t. Obviously I did not keep the weight off in the long term, mostly because I got fed up of counting calories or points. It was a fixed term diet but once it was over, I was left to my own devices.
What made you decide to join us?
I always shop at Tesco and must have seen the Diet Plan advertised. The fact that it was online and I did not have to go to meetings or make public declarations really appealed to me. I had been big for quite a while and I was very unhappy about it. I have high blood pressure and my doctor said if I lost weight, it would improve and I could probably take less pills. But mostly it was because I did not like what I saw in the mirror and fashionable clothes were hard to find.
Was your weight causing you any problems?
I felt fat and frumpy and I am fairly confident that my high blood pressure was the result of carrying too much weight.
Tell us about your diet before you joined us?
I thought I had quite a healthy diet, but on reflection the problems were stemming from my portion sizes . I will be the first to admit, that I do like some things I am no longer eating, such as ice cream. I have only had it once since starting the diet, but the continuing weight loss makes it more than worthwhile.
How do you feel about your weight loss?
I am pleased to have lost so much and to be wearing nice clothes again. I fully intend to get to my goal weight and stay with the online diet plans when I reach my target weight. Clothes obviously look a lot better. I’m not sure about breaking habits, but I have accepted it is a plan for life and will act accordingly. There is no going back, I have given all of my old clothes to charity.
Have you any other information you would like to give?
This diet suits me perfectly. I made the decision to stick rigidly to the plan and each week I print off my week’s menus and keep them in a display book with plastic pages. I have not allowed myself to deviate at all and I suppose in one way I am lucky in that I don't eat out very often. I invested in a good kitchen scale to weigh everything. I also buy low fat options such as spread, cheese and hummus.
