Pat tells us about her journey....
Were you ever a Tesco Diets success story?
Yes. Two years ago I embarked on the Gi diet plan in order to lose weight as I was obese. As I got closer to my goal I began to think I was losing too much weight. Going from 14st 4lbs down to 9st 9lbs seemed too much. I changed my target to 10st 10lbs. It took a lot of determination not to be put off by family and 'friends'. I reached this goal in 7 months and in January this year I was featured in a magazine.
I feel fitter, younger, healthier and sexier than I have for years. People still congratulate me. They don't realise how easy it is with help from Tesco Diets and a bit of will power.
How has your life changed for the better in 2010?
I feel fitter, younger, healthier and sexier than I have for years.
What steps have you taken to achieve this positive change?
Determination, healthier eating & more exercise.
Is there something you love doing that has taken a major role in this change?
I can wear younger and more attractive clothes now.
Have you any other information you would like to give?
Tesco Diets is fantastic. There is always help available. All the hard work is taken out of it. You just have to buy the ingredients, prepare them and enjoy.
