Sammie's success with the Low Fat plan

It’s much easier to achieve a goal when you set yourself a timeline to stick to. Sammie was all too aware that her birthday was approaching, yet she felt as though she was stuck in a rut and not moving forward. These feelings of frustration were just reinforced by her inability to shift the extra 2 stone that plagued her. She decided to pinpoint the upcoming birthday as the deadline for reaching her ideal weight and this time excuses were not allowed.

One of the biggest confidence boosting moments for Sammie was purchasing a cute pair of size 12 jeans without having the gnawing fear that they wouldn't fit.

“I can wear size 12 jeans! That was something I didn’t believed possible. I feel so much better about myself.”

Sammie decided the Low Fat plan would be the most suitable choice for her. She was also able to tailor her plan so that it met her vegetarian requirements. The diet gave her an opportunity to change those bad habits that had led to her weight gain in the past.

The foods she started eating were in stark contrast to her previous diet, she replaced fat and stodge with high fibre and low sugar foods, benefitting her heart and general health.
