The best diet I have ever tried

After years of on-off dieting Julie was resigned to the fact that she would never obtain the figure of her dreams then she discovered our Gi plan and managed to lose 1 stone 12 lbs.
She was due to go on holidays and was apprehensive about the possible weight gain this would incur so she chose her return date as the day she would commence her diet with our online weight loss programme.
“I was going away on holidays and I knew I would come back heavier than before. I was heading towards the heaviest weight I have ever been and there was no way I was going to let that happen.”
Before her diet Julie had unhealthy eating habits, regularly snacking on biscuits, crisps and chocolate. Since discovering the Gi diet of higher fibre foods such as brown rice, fruit, vegetables and wholegrain cereals she has started to feel fuller for longer and learned to enjoy the taste of nutritious foods.
“Now I very rarely fancy a packet of crisps, I do have the occasional biscuit, but nowhere near as many as before. The healthy brown bread, rice and wholemeal pittas were not foods I particularly enjoyed prior to the plan, but now I love them.”
Julie was growing tired of her limited choice in clothes and shops in general. Her self confidence was also affected because of having to purchase clothing from plus size stores.
“I was fed up with clothes not fitting and things that I liked not being available in my size. My self confidence was at zero.”
Due to the weight and inches Julie lost she has experienced a new lease of life and is no longer ashamed to show of her curves and tell people what dress size she takes.
“Since losing the weight I feel so much happier, healthier and not so self conscious. I have never enjoyed my food as much.”
“I am pleased when someone asks me how much I weigh, whereas before it used to a question that would make me cringe.”
Julie is living proof that diets do work even when you have failed many times in the past.
“Previously I have lost weight, but have always allowed it to creep back on. This time by continuing to stick with the Gi plan maintenance plan I am confident that I can maintain my new, healthier weight.”

The support groups and chat rooms are superb and have helped me to achieve my goal. I have made some wonderful friends since joining that I will stay in touch with.
